  15. WS_FPT can be found at its "home" site: 129.29.64.246 in
  16. /pub/msdos via anonymous ftp login. (I think it's also
  17. at several other archive sights,eg CICA.) WinJPEG is on
  18. CICA (ftp.cica.indiana.edu), in the /pub/pc/win3/desktop,
  19. and the latest was winjp251.zip, but it got corrupted
  20. somehow and the author is trying to get the correct
  21. version uploaded. Just keep checking for it. I found
  22. WinJPEG 2.31 (winjp231.zip) somewhere, but for the life
  23. of me I can't remember what site it was at? (Note that
  24. there won't by new uploads at CICA for a little while -
  25. the op is out of town.)
